Furniture Triple Chime Mantle Clock Takes D batteries (included), very beautiful oak coloring, works wonderfully, keeps excellent time, and makes beautiful melodies every 15 minutes. The chime volume can be adjusted, and the clock can be set to only chime during the daytime, or never. $15.00 Florescent Floor Lamp Approximately 48" tall, has an adjustable top, and it is pretty bright. Works great. $10.00 Mini Bookcase White, 3 compartment storage stand. 30" h, 12" w, and 11 1/2" d, no scratches or nicks. $10.00 Black Filing Cabinet Metal, 2 door. 28" h, 18" w, and 25" d. Very good condition, and both drawers open and work properly. $10.00 2 Ikea End/Coffee Tables 2 black triangle-shaped end tables that can be put together to form a larger square coffee table, approximately 16" x 16" x 16" in size. There are some nicks and small scratches, but overall they are in good condition. $10.00 Oak Coat Rack / Hat Tree Brown/Oak in color, 69" tall, excellent condition. $5.00 Modern Bar stool This is a very well built and solid barstool. It has antique Brass frame, and a white seat, that measures 16" X 17", and is 26" high, while the back of the chair is 43" high. $20.00 Outdoors Miscellaneous Scooter/Pedal Boat + assorted parts Carlight Inc. Canada. I started a project with this hull, and gave up half-way through due to the complexity. The seat was removed... so was the transom, the steering linkage and throttle handle. We were planning to cut the top seat area, but it remains intact. The steering wheel and peddles still are attached. There are a few holes that will need patched to make the boat seaworthy, but the transom and control linkage cables are included so the boat could be made back into a paddle boat, like it was originally. The boat measures 54" wide, 120" long, and is rated for 240 kg capacity. No trailer, and this boat is quite heavy... you will have to provide your own way to haul it away if you purchase it. Sold as is. $50.00 Goldstar Dehumidifier #DH4010A 40 Pint capacity. This dehumidifier is in excellent condition, with a scratch free cabinet. It was gently used for a short time. Features include auto shut off, 2 speed fan switch, humidity control switch, de-icer control sensor, and water reservoir. $60.00 Copper Water Fountain Sculpture 1995. There is a copper water base that measures 5"h, 8"d, and 16" wide. There are also a myriad of flowers, leaves, and tall grass shoots, constructed to enhance the beauty of the piece. A working 110v pump forces water through the tiny tubing, and bathes the fountain in gentle rolling water cascades over the leaves and flowers. The tallest point of the piece measures 32". $50.00 Tabletop Chandelier Lamp (Luminaire) #BK-3158. A nice lamp that looks good when illuminated, as you can see in the picture. The hanging balls and teardrops really glow when the fixture is illuminated. The light is in very good working condition, and has an on-off switch in the side of the fixture. $15.00 Medical Equipment Power Wheelchair - Invacare Arrow 3G Used Invacare Arrow Storm Series 3G Power Wheelchair. Has seen approximately 7 years of daily use (has been in sheltered storage since 2004), but still in very good shape. Will fit a small-medium sized adult, or a child. Very dependable, strong, good weight balance front to back to minimize tipping (the anti-tip bars have been surgically removed), and still has many good years left in it. 24.5" wide, and pretty stubby to make for easy indoor negotiations. Top speed of 6 MPH with a range of 30 miles per charge. Comes with all electronics (joystick & charger), but it is missing a few structural parts including armrests, footrests, and a seat pad. The front tires have about 1/2 tread, and rears have about 3/4 tread. No batteries are included. It does include the original operators manual and the charger manual. $400.00
